Interested in a daily meditation practice, but don’t know how to begin? Have you had a regular practice, but stopped for varied reasons and would like to start up again? Do you have a regular sitting practice, but it has become a little stale?
It is widely known that meditation is an integral part of the practice of yoga, and enables a deep settling of the mind, nervous system, and heart where presence is more possible and more clear. Meditation is a process of awakening to know the source of your own Self, learning to trust in, and then abide in it. Meditation offers a pathway like no other, enabling this awakening. Meditation is the way to turn your yoga practice into one of true transformation.
As a long-time student of Paul Muller-Ortega and the theory / practice of yoga and meditation for over 15 years, Julie will offer simple practices that you can use daily to begin a vital shift toward a regular practice.
