Join Julie for this monthly two hour advanced practice where we explore refined alignment technique and actions toward more challenging poses not frequently offered in public class. Expect a playful and lively atmosphere, philosophical teachings of yoga, and the opportunity for depthful understanding. This class is open to any teacher of any method, and enthusiastic experienced students without any current injuries.
