Vibrant, Strong, and Soft – The Elements of Advanced Practice at Supta Yoga Nantucket

Join Julie Dohrman in Nantucket for a special 3 hour practice exploring deep backbends with focus, humor, and playful commitment using specific sequencing and props as tools for deepening understanding in action.
This class is for experienced students who want to explore poses and movement in a meaningful and refined way to build strength and openness. This class will bring you closer to the core of why you practice, help you find depth, and teach you to keep integrity during challenge.
Open to any student who can kick up to Handstand at the wall unassisted, and practice Urdhva Dhanurasana (“full wheel”) with straight arms (or close!). No serious injuries please!
