ADVANCED PRACTICE | MONDAYS 3 – 4:30PM VIA ZOOM
Advanced Practice is a seriously playful group practice for seasoned students and teachers interested in exploring nuance and depth in asana.
Practices include philosophical content, exploration of technique, a wide range of poses, and the powerful support of community at play together.
It will be useful, but not required to have props such as 2 blocks, a blanket, a strap, and a bolster.
Classes are via ZOOM. Once registered, you’ll receive a link to join the class. Advanced Practice is recorded and will stay active for 7 days if you cannot make it live. You must be registered though to access the recording.
