Privates

Julie is available for private yoga sessions with a therapeutic approach to recover from injury or chronic pain. In these sessions Julie teaches from the lens of Anusara yoga, and uses the Universal Principles of Alignment as the pathway to healing.

Privates with Julie include:

  • Inner body alignment assessment
  • Breath work and proper pranayama practices
  • Basic meditation instruction

Private single sessions, private packages, semi-private sessions, or group classes available.
Rates upon request. Cancellation policy: 24 hrs.

Additional travel fee for sessions uptown.
